Our fastest drying screed we offer is a sand cement RETANOL XTREME SCREED with a drying time of 72 HOURS for your time critical projects. Tiles can be applied after 48hours and all other floor coverings after 72 hours. RETANOL XTREME SCREED can be installed as thin as 15mm as a bonded floor and cover over underfloor heating pipes at 30mm!

All traditional floor screeds are installed with laser level technology and can guarantee a perfect floor level. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We currently supply and install for large house builders across South Wales but all project types are undertaken from commercial units to small self builds. Our past projects have ranged from 3m2 - 16,000m2, size is never an issue. We not only work on traditional floor screeds, we also take on all self levelling liquid floor screeds.
